Pig iron is the main metallic component of an iron foundry charge and sets the baseline of the melt chemistry. We supply low-Mn, low-P, low-S nodular pig iron for ductile (spheroidal graphite) iron and pig iron for flake graphite (grey) iron and general foundry applications.

Refractories

Furnace and ladle lining life directly affects production continuity and metal cleanliness. We supply foundries with dry furnace linings, coil grout, ladle repair materials, ladle castables and mica insulation. To select a product, simply share the metal melted, furnace capacity and operating temperature.

Resins and Hardeners

Mould and core binders increase mould strength and casting surface quality. We supply resins for alpha set, carbon dioxide cured, furan and cold box systems, together with the matching hardeners. The right system depends on the metal poured, part size and production volume. Packing options: 1000 kg IBC, 250 kg drum and 65 kg jerrycan.

Coatings and Release Agents

Mould and core coatings create a barrier between metal and sand, improving surface quality and lowering fettling cost. Release agents let the pattern separate cleanly from the sand. We supply graphite, zircon, alumina and manganese based coatings, lost foam coating and release agents according to the metal poured and the moulding system.

Alloys and Inoculants

The graphite structure, chill tendency, carbon level and mechanical properties of cast iron are adjusted directly with the materials in this group. We supply carburizers, FeSi-based inoculants, ferroalloys, pure metals and calcium silicon. Product choice and addition rate are set by the foundry according to the casting grade.

Exothermic Feeders

Exothermic feeder sleeves keep the metal in the feeder molten longer, helping to feed shrinkage in the casting. Using a smaller feeder raises metal yield and lowers fettling cost. We supply cylindrical, oval and conical sleeves and breaker cores according to part geometry and metal.

Filters

Filters clean the molten metal entering the mould and calm its flow, reducing casting defects caused by slag and oxides. We supply silicon carbide, zirconia and alumina based ceramic filters as well as fibreglass mesh filters, matched to the metal and pouring temperature.

Foundry Sands

Moulding sand forms the main volume of the casting mould; sand type and grain distribution influence surface finish, metal penetration and mould strength. We supply silica, quartz, chromite, olivine and shell sands according to the metal to be poured and the casting requirements.
