Oil-Free Graphite
A graphite product that contains no oil, used dry or water-based.
Oil-free graphite is a graphite product containing no oil; it can be used as a dry powder or a water-based dispersion. It is preferred over oil-based products in applications where oil residue, smoke or gas formation is undesirable.
The low friction and high-temperature resistance of graphite are used to form a release and lubricating film on mould and equipment surfaces. Fineness and form (powder or dispersion) are selected according to the point of use.
Product properties and the suitable type are shared on request. In fine powder form, dust control and respiratory protection should be applied, and the product should be stored in a dry area.
