Alcohol and water based refractory coatings that protect mould and core surfaces, lost foam coating and release agents.
Mould and core coatings create a barrier between metal and sand, improving surface quality and lowering fettling cost. Release agents let the pattern separate cleanly from the sand. We supply graphite, zircon, alumina and manganese based coatings, lost foam coating and release agents according to the metal poured and the moulding system.
